Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Allow me to introduce myself as a co-laborer of Jesus Christ. My name is Beth Marlin, a Parent/Child Clinical Nurse Specialist. I operate Primary Health Care of Charlotte, an inter-city wellness center for the unserved and the undeserved.
After being approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing and the North Carolina Board of Medical Examiners for a state business license, we received an S-Corporation license, August 31, 1987. By God's grace. the first walk-in "Community Nursing Center" was opened on December 1, 1987. We based this holistic practice on HR-1161 encouraging nurses to go into private practice and give primary care with a CLIA wave fro federal reimbursement.
Since 1966, our professional nursing practice and valid research have shown the desperate need for physicals, first aid, self-care counseling, health education for disease prevention and abuse intervention. We stand willing to help you with primary nursing care, wellness education, and spiritual aid in our office or at you location of need.
We help thousands weekly with cable television (CMPAC) access program (channel 21, Friday at 7:30 PM) called "Wellness, Wholeness, Holiness." We have written articles for the Agape Christian Newspaper and also host a weekly radio program (WDRB) on Tuesdays at 12pm ( seen live on YouTube). We have improved individual and community wellness with health fairs and seminars.
Our desire is to provide gentle and loving wellness care to as many souls as possible. God's word says , " Beloved, I pray above all things that thou prosper and be in good health as thy soul prosper". (III John 2) This is our prayer for you and those who belong to you.
About the owner
Nurse Marlin’s 57 years of experience as a floating hospital nurse, nursing instructor, and community health nurse, prepared her to be the founder, owner, and CEO of Primary Health-Care of Charlotte in 1987. Betty has now extended her holistic services as an Ordained Minister under Christians for Messiah Fellowship of Ministers, under Dr. Peter Wyns.

Her AchievementsNurse Marlin revolutionized health care by initiating reimbursement for wellness care by advanced practice nurses as CEO of Primary Health-Care of Charlotte, P.A. She put the power of health care back in the hands of those receiving care versus those giving care through carbon copies of wellness assessments, fees and services determined through client questionnaires, and primary care based on her masters health education research, “A Study of the Relationship Between Health Education Delivery and a Child’s Health Self-Concept” in 1985. Her research received the 1986 “Outstanding Community Health Education Program” by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and was published in their 1986 Health and Human Services Award Manual. In 1989 this research was listed and updated with a copyrighted “Family Health Education Calendar” in the “Health Education” sub file of “Child” – The Combined Health Information Database for the United States Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia. This research was the cornerstone for her TV series “Wellness, Wholeness, and Holiness” and her developing Diabetic Heart Kitchen and Teen Wellness Nook.
